Multi-tenant school ERP · India

The schoolruns on therecord.

Admissions, attendance, examinations, fees and payroll — one system, one audit trail. Every mark entered and every rupee receipted is attributable, reproducible years later, and scoped so that a parent sees their child and a teacher sees their class.

Go to the one that is yours.

Each portal shows only what that role may see. If you are not sure which is yours, it is the one your school gave you an email for.

Who it changes the day for

Four people open it every morning for four different reasons.

THE PRINCIPAL

Sees the school without asking anyone for it.

Attendance today, collections today, who is below 75%, which classes are behind on fees — on one screen, scoped to the campuses they run.

THE OFFICE

Stops re-typing the same person into three systems.

One admission records the child and the guardian together; one hiring records the staff member, their payroll and their login. Nothing is entered twice, so nothing disagrees.

THE TEACHER

Marks the register and enters marks, and that is it.

Their own sections, their own subjects, their own leave and payslips. No hunting for the right class, and no access to a colleague’s.

THE FAMILY

Finds out from the school, not from their child.

Absences, results and fee notices arrive on WhatsApp or email — with consent recorded — and the portal holds the detail behind them.

What it does

Eight things a school does every day.

  1. 01

    Admissions

Enquiry to enrolled, with documents, offers and the admission number allocated once.

  2. 02

    Attendance

Marked per section per day, with the chronic absentees surfaced rather than buried.

  3. 03

    Examinations

Exam cycles, marks entry with separation of duties, and marks cards as one document.

  4. 04

    Fees

Invoices, instalments, receipts and an append-only ledger. Money is never a float.

  5. 05

    Communication

In-app, email, SMS and WhatsApp — chosen per message type, per school, with consent.

  6. 06

    HR & payroll

Employees, salary structures, statutory deductions and payslips staff can open themselves.

  7. 07

    Timetable

Conflict-aware scheduling — a teacher cannot be in two rooms, and the grid says so.

  8. 08

    Reporting

Report cards, staff reports, and a builder for the questions nobody anticipated.

Getting startedTYPICALLY ONE TERM AHEAD

Moving a school is a project. Here is the whole of it.

Import and verify are the two stages that take real work, and they are named here rather than hidden behind “onboarding” — a migration that is discovered to be a project halfway through is how a first term goes badly.

  1. 01

    Provision

Your school gets its own isolated tenant, schemas and defaults. Minutes, not weeks.

  2. 02

    Configure

Academic years, classes, grading scheme, fee heads, branding and who may do what.

  3. 03

    Import

Students, staff and history, from your spreadsheets — validated per row before anything commits.

  4. 04

    Verify

Reconciliation reports and spot checks, until the numbers match what you had.

  5. 05

    Activate

Staff and families are invited. Nobody is handed a password; they set their own.

  6. 06

    Go live

The first real workflow runs. Support stays close for the first term.

The audit trail

A school’s memory should outlast its software.

IMMUTABLE
Every change to a student record or a rupee is hash-chained and append-only.
SCOPED
A parent sees their children. A teacher sees their sections. Nobody sees a stranger.
REPRODUCIBLE
A transcript prints the same years later, because the year it belongs to is on it.

A plan is not a sales label — it is what the system checks before a module opens. The limits below are enforced, not advisory.

Questions schools ask first
Can we run more than one school on it?

Yes — that is the shape of the product, not an add-on. A group is one tenant with several campuses, and every record carries the campus and the academic year it belongs to. Gold covers five campuses; Platinum is unlimited.

What happens to our existing data?

It is imported from spreadsheets with per-row validation and a preview before anything commits — a bad row is reported, not silently skipped. Historical marks and fees import into the year they belong to, so old transcripts still print correctly.

Who can see a child’s record?

Their guardians, the teachers who actually teach them, and the school office. Not other parents, and not a teacher from another section. That is enforced in the database itself, not only in the screens.

Do parents need to install anything?

No. Notices reach them on WhatsApp, SMS or email — whichever the school chooses per message type, and only where consent is on record. There is a mobile app for families who want one.

What if we stop paying?

Your data remains yours and exportable. Modules close at the plan boundary; the record does not disappear.
