GoldThis is a Gold feature. If your school is on a lower plan, this screen will not appear.
Students who have left, kept as a record rather than deleted.
They are not deleted
A student who leaves becomes inactive, not gone. Their marks, attendance and fee history remain, because a school has to be able to answer a question about them years later.
Importing history
Alumni who left before the school used this software can be imported in bulk. See Bulk import.
Contact details
Alumni contact details go stale faster than anything else in the school's records. Treat an old address as a lead, not a fact.
