Lesson plans
Authoring and sequencing plans, and seeing which were actually taught.
Plans are written by teachers and reviewed by whoever holds that duty — usually the HOD for the department, not the principal.
Review is a duty, not a rank
A department head verifies the plans their own teachers write. That scoping is enforced, not conventional: a head of Science does not review the English department's plans, and the review trail records who approved what and when.
Sequence, not just presence
The value is the order — whether the syllabus is being covered at the pace the year needs. A plan that exists but sits three weeks behind is the thing this screen is for surfacing, and it is invisible if you only check that a plan was filed.
Execution
Filed and taught are different states. Execution is tracked separately so "we have plans for every period" does not get mistaken for "every period was taught to plan".
Before term
Plans hang off the subjects and sections in Academics. A mid-term change to either leaves plans attached to the old shape, so make structural changes between terms where you can.
