Which portal is mine?

ShikshaFlow is four applications sharing one address. Which one you use depends on the work you do, not on your job title — a teacher who also runs the library uses both, and that is normal.

The four doors

Family

For parents and guardians. Your child's attendance, results, homework, timetable, fee invoices and receipts, the school's notices, and certificate requests. One login covers every child you are the guardian of; switch between them inside the portal.

Students do not get a separate login — the family login is the household's.

Teacher

For teaching staff, including heads of department. Your own classes: attendance, marks, coursework, lesson plans, term reviews, your payslips and leave.

What you see is scoped to the sections you actually teach.

Administration

For the office, accounts and the principal. Admissions, people, fees, payroll, timetable, communication and school-wide reporting.

Platform

For ShikshaFlow operators, not for schools. Tenants, plans and the platform audit trail.

Why the same person may need two

The two staff portals are split by kind of work, not by seniority. The teacher portal is scoped to your own sections; the administration console is school-wide. A teacher who is also given the library to run does that work in the console, and still teaches in the teacher portal.

The split exists so that "Attendance" cannot quietly mean two different things: your class in one place, and every class in the school in the other.

If you have no login at all

Being enrolled or employed is not the same as having an account — somebody at the school has to create one. See I cannot log in.
