Payslips

Your own payslips, per pay period, downloadable. They show gross, each deduction, and net.

Deduction rates — provident fund, ESI, professional tax, income tax — are statutory and set per school and per state. They are configuration, not something a payroll clerk types in each month, which is why a rate that looks wrong is a question for the office rather than a typo.

Requesting leave

Request against the dates, with the type of leave. It goes to whoever approves leave at your school.

Approved leave affects the timetable and may need a substitute arranged — that is the office's job, not automatic.

Your balance

Where your school tracks entitlement, the balance shows here. If it looks wrong, the office holds the opening balance and the history.

Privacy

Nobody else sees your payslips. A colleague with the same role sees theirs, not yours.
