Why there is a delay
Entering a mark and publishing it are two separate steps, done by different people. A teacher enters marks; someone senior reviews and publishes them. Until that second step happens, nothing is visible to families — deliberately, so a provisional or mistyped mark is never seen as a result.
This means an exam finished a week ago may legitimately show nothing yet.
What you see
Per subject: the mark, the maximum, and the grade where your school uses grades. Grading schemes are set per school, so a grade boundary at one school is not the same as at another.
Report cards
A report card is a separate document from the marks list, covering a whole term or exam cycle rather than a single subject. Where your school issues them, you can download one as a PDF.
If a mark looks wrong
Contact the subject teacher first, then the office. A published mark is corrected by re-publishing, and the correction is recorded — the school can see what it was before.
