Your details and your child's

What the school holds, what you can change yourself, and what only the office can.

What you can change

Contact details you own — your phone number, your address, your notification preferences.

What you cannot

Your child's name, date of birth, class, section, admission number and enrolment history are school records. They are changed by the office, on evidence, and every change is recorded. This is not the software being unhelpful: a student record has to be reconstructable years later, which means it cannot be quietly edited by the person it is about.

To correct one, contact the office and expect to be asked for a document.

More than one child

One login covers every child you are the guardian of. Switch child at the top of the portal; nothing you do for one affects the other.

If a child is missing from your account, the link between you and that child has not been recorded. The office can add it.

If you are both a parent and a member of staff

You are two people to the system — a guardian and an employee — and you sign in to two different portals with two different logins. That is deliberate: it keeps what you can see as a parent separate from what you can see as staff.
