It cannot double-book you
The timetable is built with conflicts checked, so you cannot be scheduled into two places in one period. If it looks like you have been, the two entries are probably in different weeks or the timetable has been changed under you — ask the office.
Changes
A changed timetable replaces this one. There is no separate "new timetable" screen; what you see is what is in effect.
Cover and substitutions
A one-off cover for an absent colleague is usually communicated directly rather than appearing here. This is the regular pattern.
