These are summaries, not the ledger
Analytics figures are pre-computed so a dashboard is instant. That makes them a summary of the records, not the records themselves.
If a headline figure disagrees with the detailed screen, the detailed screen is right. Report the discrepancy rather than working from the tile — a summary that has drifted is a real fault and somebody needs to know.
Scope
Everything follows the academic year and campus selectors. A figure that looks impossible is very often the wrong year.
