The first screen after you sign in is a summary for the child you have selected.
What is on it
Recent attendance, anything due, unread notices, and outstanding fees where your school uses this software for fees. It is a starting point, not the whole record — each section links to the full screen.
Choosing a child
If you are the guardian of more than one, the child switcher is at the top. Everything on the screen follows it, so check which child is selected before reading a figure.
If it looks empty
A new account with a recently enrolled child legitimately has little on it. If it stays empty for more than a few days, check that the correct child is selected, then ask the office whether your account is linked to them.
