Two-step sign-in
Staff accounts with wider access are required to use a second step at sign-in: an authenticator app producing a six-digit code.
Keep the recovery codes you are given when you set it up. Losing the phone without them means an administrator has to reset it for you, and until they do you cannot sign in.
If you are also a parent at this school
You have a separate family login. The two are deliberately separate accounts — what you see as staff and what you see as a parent are different, and merging them would blur that.
