Term reviews
Writing the per-student comments that go onto a report card.
The written half of a report card: your assessment of each student for the term, alongside the marks.
Writing them
One entry per student, per subject you teach them. Save as you go — you are not expected to do a whole class in one sitting.
They are published with the report
A review is not visible to the family until the report card is published, on the same enter-then-publish rule as marks. Until then it is a draft, and can be edited.
Write for the family
A guardian reads this, not a colleague. A comment that only makes sense to another teacher is a comment that will generate a phone call.
